With the technological development, food, dress and other cultural attributes have actually crossed the borders. They are no longer limited to a particular place and so, variety of food and dresses are available everywhere. Asian Cuisines are no way behind and so it has been found that there are available in almost all Multicuisine restaurants all across the world. What I have learnt about globalization of Asian cuisine is that rice has become an essential part of meals in other parts of the world too. It is said that food flows into and out of Asia as a major part of the globalization process.
